IonFoam® is a foam top layer of the insole with cushioning and antibacterial properties. It increases comfort and helps limit odour.
Sidas Multi+ multi-sport insoles are anatomically shaped insoles for all sports. They spread pressure over a larger part of the foot and reduce impact on the heel bone. The 3D shape supports foot stability and helps prevent injuries and fatigue problems. They also fit indoor court shoes.

Multi+ insoles are universal – use them for indoor sports, training and everyday strain. Fitting and care
Remove the original insole from the shoe and use it as a template to trim your new Sidas insole
Insert the new insole into the shoe
Wash with mild soap and a brush only
Do not dry on a radiator – for better drying use a forced-air shoe dryer such as the Therm-ic Dryer v2
