3Feet
3Feet is the Sidas concept of anatomical insoles with three arch types – low, medium and high. This lets you choose the insole that matches the shape of your foot.
Sidas 3Feet Outdoor hiking insoles are anatomical insoles for hiking and everyday footwear, made in three versions according to the arch height of your foot – low (Low, 2.8 cm), medium (Mid, 3.1 cm) and high (High, 3.4 cm). The 3Feet concept matches the shape of the insole to your arch, so the foot keeps a natural position and load is spread more evenly. It is a very light and breathable construction that suits longer hikes as well as daily walking.
3Feet concept – the insole shape matches your arch height, so the support sits exactly where your foot needs it.
Large EVA heel pad – absorbs impact at heel strike, which you will appreciate especially on descents.
3D structure with longitudinal and transverse arch support – spreads pressure across the whole foot and reduces fatigue.
Anatomical heel cup – seats the heel firmly in the shoe.
Perforated forefoot – helps moisture escape from the shoe.
Lightweight, breathable material – comfort even on all-day trips in the field.
Trimmable – adjust the size and shape by trimming at the toe.
Base your choice on the shape of your arch: Low is for a low arch (2.8 cm), Mid for a medium arch (3.1 cm) and High for a high arch (3.4 cm). You pick the version right when choosing the size. If you are not sure about your arch, start with the Mid version. For everyday and multi-purpose footwear also see the Sidas 3Feet Comfort CZ insoles, for winter trips the Sidas 3Feet Merino insoles. If you do not need arch-type options, take a look at the Sidas Universal Comfort 3D insoles or Sidas Cushioning Gel 3D, and for runners the Sidas Run 3D Protect running insoles. You will find more models from Sidas in the insoles category.
