3Feet
3Feet is the Sidas concept of anatomical insoles with three arch types – low, medium and high. This lets you choose the insole that matches the shape of your foot.
Sidas 3Feet Comfort CZ insoles are multisport insoles based on the 3Feet concept, made in three versions according to the arch height of your foot – low (Low), medium (Mid) and high (High). The 3D construction supports the longitudinal arch, seats the heel firmly in the heel cup and helps control overpronation. The insoles suit everyday and sports footwear as well as skates.
EVA Shell – supports the natural shape of the foot according to the chosen arch type.
Anatomical heel cup – holds the heel firmly in the right position.
Ortholite layer – absorbs impact and improves breathability.
Heel cushioning – an EVA pad for the low arch, a gel pad for the medium and high arch to spread the impact at heel strike.
Antibacterial cover – keeps the insole fresh even with intensive use.
5 mm of material in the forefoot – comfort and cushioning in the forefoot too.
Base your choice on the shape of your arch: Low is for a low arch, Mid for a medium arch and High for a high arch. The High version has more pronounced transverse arch support and a large gel pad under the heel; if you are not used to it, you may feel pressure during longer use, for example in skates. You pick the version right when choosing the size. If your shoe has little room, go for thinner Sidas insoles such as the Sidas Run 3D Protect running insoles. For winter activities also see the Sidas 3Feet Merino insoles, and without the arch-type system the Sidas Universal Comfort 3D insoles or Sidas Cushioning Gel 3D. You will find more models from Sidas in the insoles category.
