Flashfit™
Flashfit™ is a thermoplastic material that lets you mould the insole to your foot in under 10 minutes. Customisation is only available when buying in stores equipped with Flashfit™ equipment.
Sidas Run+ running insoles are anatomically shaped insoles for running shoes. They absorb impact better, stabilise the foot and help bring it back to a neutral position faster. The flexible materials do not restrict natural foot movement, so they also suit other dynamic activities involving running and heel impact.

Who the insoles are for
Run+ insoles are made for runners with a medium arch who want better cushioning and stability. Flashfit™ customisation is only available when buying in stores with the right equipment. If you want to choose by arch height, see the Sidas Run 3Feet Protect running insoles. For standard running shoes the Sidas Run 3D Protect or Sidas Run 3D Sense V2 are a good fit. Fitting and care
Remove the original insole from the shoe and use it as a template to trim your new Sidas insole
Insert the new insole into the shoe
Wash with mild soap and a brush only
Do not dry on a radiator – for better drying use a forced-air shoe dryer such as the Therm-ic Dryer v2
