3Feet
3Feet is the Sidas concept of anatomical insoles with three arch types – low, medium and high. This lets you choose the insole that matches the shape of your foot.
Sidas 3Feet Slim insoles are thin, shaped insoles with minimal material under the forefoot. They are made in three versions according to arch height – low (Low), medium (Mid) and high (High) – and are designed for footwear with limited interior volume: cycling shoes, ice skates, football boots, dress shoes and everyday shoes. Thanks to the slim construction they fit where a regular insole no longer does, and they are a good choice for wider feet or a higher instep.
3Feet concept – the insole shape matches your arch height, so the support sits exactly where your foot needs it.
Minimal material under the forefoot – only 2 mm thick, so the insole fits narrow cycling shoes.
Microfibre surface – pleasant to the touch and antibacterial.
EVA shell – supports the longitudinal arch, improves foot alignment and spreads pressure over a larger area.
Shaped heel cup – 2 mm of EVA at the rear cushions impact and seats the heel firmly.
Perforations – improve breathability.
Trimmable – the front can be cut along the marked line to make a half-length insole.
Base your choice on the shape of your arch: Low is for a low arch, Mid for a medium arch and High for a high arch. You pick the version right when choosing the size. If you are not sure, start with the Mid version or try a simple wet-footprint test. If your shoes have more room, take a look at the Sidas 3Feet Comfort CZ insoles, for off-road sport the Sidas 3Feet Trail insoles or the Sidas Run 3Feet Protect running insoles, for winter activities the Sidas 3Feet Merino insoles. If you do not need arch-type options, see the Sidas Universal Comfort 3D insoles. You will find more models from Sidas in the insoles category.
