3Feet
3Feet is the Sidas concept of anatomical insoles with three arch types – low, medium and high. This lets you choose the insole that matches the shape of your foot.
Sidas 3Feet Trail insoles are lightweight anatomical insoles for trail running shoes and low hiking footwear, made in three versions according to the arch height of your foot – low (Low), medium (Mid) and high (High). The 3Feet concept matches the shape of the insole to your arch, so the foot keeps a stable position even on uneven terrain. The insoles weigh about 40 g each and suit trail running, hiking and indoor sports with frequent changes of direction, such as tennis.
3Feet concept – the insole shape matches your arch height, so the support sits exactly where your foot needs it.
Anti-slip EVA base without a textile layer – light, absorbs impact and keeps the insole in place in the shoe.
Dynatene® rubber foam in the forefoot – improves grip against the shoe and supports an energetic push-off.
Flexible EVA shell – supports the longitudinal arch and helps control your stride on uneven surfaces.
EVA heel cup – cushions impact and seats the heel firmly.
Perforations – release moisture and reduce the risk of blisters.
Antibacterial synthetic construction – developed and made in Europe.
Trimmable – adjust the size by trimming at the toe.
Base your choice on the shape of your arch: Low is for a low arch, Mid for a medium arch and High for a high arch. You pick the version right when choosing the size. If you are not sure about your arch, start with the Mid version or try a simple wet-footprint test. For road running and a faster pace see the Sidas Run 3Feet Protect running insoles or Sidas Run 3D Protect, for longer trips the Sidas 3Feet Outdoor hiking insoles. For everyday and multi-purpose footwear take a look at the Sidas 3Feet Comfort CZ insoles, for winter activities the Sidas 3Feet Merino insoles. If you do not need arch-type options, see the Sidas Universal Comfort 3D insoles. You will find more models from Sidas in the insoles category.
