Sandwich construction
A thin layered construction made of high-quality foams that provides low weight, durability and comfort on long runs.
Sidas 3D Trail Plus trail running insoles are specialised insoles for ultra-distance trail running on rough terrain. They were developed with trail runners from the Salomon and Matryx teams, and both sides have a high-grip surface, so the insole stays put in the shoe even on steep descents and transfers force better at push-off. Their strengths are exceptional flexibility and minimal arch support, which leaves room for natural foot movement.
Grip surface on both sides – the insole holds on to the foot and in the shoe and does not shift on tough descents.
High flexibility, minimal arch support – natural foot movement on uneven terrain.
Wider forefoot – also suits trail shoes with an extended toe box.
Pre-shaped flexible structure – with a low-friction surface where it contacts the foot.
Sandwich construction of thin foams – light, durable and comfortable on long runs.
Trimmable – adjust the size by trimming at the toe.
The Trail Plus insoles are made for runners who do ultra-trail and long runs off-road and want a thin, grippy insole without pronounced arch shaping. If you prefer an insole with arch support, see the Sidas 3Feet Trail insoles, which are made by arch height. For road running and a faster pace take a look at the Sidas Run 3Feet Protect running insoles or Sidas Run 3D Protect, and for hiking the Sidas 3Feet Outdoor hiking insoles. You will find more models from Sidas in the insoles category.
