Sidas City+ Lady insoles for high heels are anatomically shaped insoles for narrow women's dress shoes and shoes with a higher heel. They help support the foot and reduce blisters and fatigue from overloading the foot during everyday wear. The shape supports both the longitudinal and transverse arch and is pre-shaped for a medium arch. Sidas has been developing orthopaedically shaped insoles since 1975.

Who the insoles are for
These insoles are for women who wear pumps, ballet flats or other dress shoes every day and want less pressure and fatigue in them. Fitting and care
Remove the original insole from the shoe and use it as a template to trim your new Sidas insole
Insert the new insole into the shoe
Wash with mild soap and a brush only
Do not dry on a radiator – for better drying use a forced-air shoe dryer such as the Therm-ic Dryer v2
