Customer data – data on performance provided - information used primarily to improve customer service and to protect the Company's legal claims - in particular: data on goods delivered, payment history and customer payment discipline.
We only ever process accurate personal data and only for a purpose determined in advance.
DEFINITION OF PURPOSES, LEGAL BASES AND RETENTION PERIODS
SALE OF GOODS AND RELATED SERVICES - we process personal data when selling goods to customers (sports equipment, clothing, sports accessories) and providing related services (product exchanges, complaints).
For this purpose we use your personal data in particular to process your order, to ensure receipt of your payment, to meet the requirements of our terms and conditions, to deliver the products you have ordered and, where necessary, to exchange products or issue refunds.
For these purposes we process your personal data on the legal basis of performance of a contract and/or our legitimate interest (in particular where you deal with us as an employee, representative or other authorised person of a customer and we therefore have no contractual relationship with you - mainly in order to identify a contact person we can refer to in the event of disputed claims). For this purpose we retain your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship, the warranty periods for the goods and the limitation periods, unless a longer retention period results from other processing purposes.COMPLAINTS - If, as our customer, you consider that the performance provided by the Company is defective, you are entitled to make a complaint about the goods or service in accordance with the applicable provisions of civil law, the complaints procedure and the general terms and conditions. The legal basis for processing personal data for the purpose of handling complaints is the performance of a contract as well as compliance with the Company's legal obligation. For this purpose we retain your personal data until the complaint has been handled, for the period necessary to exercise our legal claims or for a longer period where another processing purpose so requires.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - If you contact us through the contact form published on our website, by telephone or by other means, we will retain the data you provide until your request has been dealt with or for the period necessary to exercise our legal claims. Your data are processed for this purpose on the legal basis of the Company's legitimate interests in ensuring a full and high-quality approach to customers aimed at their satisfaction.
DEBT RECOVERY - If an invoice for goods you have purchased is due but unpaid, we are entitled to send you reminders and to take all legal steps towards its payment until the full amount of the outstanding claim has been duly paid. The legal basis is the Company's legitimate interest in enforcing its rights, and the data will be processed for the period necessary to exercise our legal claims.
ACCOUNTING AND TAX DOCUMENTS - Personal data stated on accounting and tax documents are processed in order to comply with a legal obligation. This means that, in accordance with the legal requirements governing the archiving of accounting documents, we also store the personal data stated on them. The legal basis for processing personal data in this case is compliance with legal obligations, and the data will be processed for the period laid down by the relevant legislation.

For orders placed on the Slovak and English versions of the shop it is sent by Heureka Group a.s. (Verified by Customers service), for orders placed on the Czech version of the shop by Seznam.cz, a.s. (Zboží.cz service) - never both. For this purpose we pass on your e-mail address and purchase details (order number and purchased products). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in obtaining feedback from customers. You may object to receiving the questionnaire by ticking the box in the last step of the order or by clicking the link in the questionnaire itself; if you object when ordering, we will not pass on your e-mail address for this purpose.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS - We also use your personal data to send you news about our goods and services and other commercial communications relating to our goods and services. These are mainly news and offers that may be of interest to you based on your previous purchases. We will send news and similar commercial communications to the contact details you have provided.
This processing takes place on the legal basis of your consent, which is voluntary, may be withdrawn at any time and which you may voluntarily give us while browsing our website. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes at any time by sending a simple request to the address of the data protection coordinator stated in this Notice. We process the data for this purpose for as long as the consent remains valid, i.e. until you withdraw it. If you withdraw your consent to this processing, we will stop processing your personal data for marketing purposes with immediate effect.
Where such processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in increasing sales efficiency, we will process your data for this purpose for 24 months or until you express disagreement with or object to such processing - in which case the processing will be terminated immediately.
